Shipping PolicyAll Products will be shipped via USPS standard or USPS priority. Products will be shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays only. All shipping will be charged upon check out.
Return Policy30 day return policy for New/Unopened ItemsYou may return new, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless we have shipped incorrect items. Returns on new, unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Our Return Center will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to the return shipper. If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks of returning your order, please contact us via e-mail.
30 day return policy for damaged or faulty itemsIf you received a damaged or faulty item, we will exchange it for the same item (unless otherwise noted on product page.) Please email us to request a replacement. Return shipping charges on faulty items or products damaged in shipping will be paid by FIRE. Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process return requests once they arrive at our Returns Center. Customer will receive return shipping instructions when the return request has been processed.
